Head Teacher, Project Specialist, Youth Worker, Trainer and Researcher
Serap KIRDAR KUZÖREN He is the chairman of the association's board of directors. He has 20 years of experience working with young people and adults in local and international projects. He is responsible for public relations, project implementation, dissemination, evaluation, and quality management. He actively participates in youth projects such as ESC (European Solidarity Corps) and EVS (European Voluntary Service). He holds a master's degree in "Educational Programs and Instruction" from the Sakarya University Institute of Social Sciences. He specializes in curriculum design and ICT-based teaching. He also serves as a teacher trainer in new methods and techniques of teaching English as a foreign language. Since Türkiye became a program country in EU programs, he has experience in project development, management, and implementation. He collaborates with public institutions, private institutions, and non-governmental organizations to inform about EU programs and opportunities and to disseminate project activities. He speaks English fluently (C2). He also speaks German at A2+ level.
