Yalçın Kuzören is a member of the association's board of directors. He has over 20 years of experience in youth, vocational training, adult education, maritime, local, EU, and Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) funding. He is responsible for project implementation, reporting, networking, dissemination, and financial matters. He specializes in project cycle management (PCM) and organizes seminars on Project Cycle Training, Project Preparation, and EU programs to promote a project culture and project-based thinking among local communities. He is experienced in curriculum design and has organized training seminars for teachers on new curricula and English language teaching methodologies. He is involved in numerous EU projects related to the integration and inclusion of refugees and migrants in society. He also carries out projects in the maritime sector and maritime English. He also plays an active role in numerous projects in school education and youth. He possesses strong organizational skills, a good command of English (C2) communication skills, and ICT skills such as graphic design, coding, programming, and social media management.
